Leakage Management
We aim to reduce the energy requirements in producing compressed air, by offering a systematic and measurable method of leak detection and repair.
This can be achieved during normal manufacturing hours for any compressed gas, steam or vacuum.
There are two key ingredients in leakage management:
- Method of Detection
- Reporting System
We use ultrasonic leak detection equipment, which filters out production noise and therefore allows us to detect leaks in operating machinery, such as solenoids, regulators and cylinders.
A comprehensive reporting system is imperative in carrying out a successful repair programme. We have developed a system which identifies the components required to effectively carry out your repairs and also gives details of potential savings.
